What it costs, and what that depends on.
You leave the session with your scope, the number you are moving and your price, in writing. This page says what determines it.
How your number gets put together.
The same structure on any project, whatever the size of the company.
Getting Peaking running on your catalog and your channels, and your team working with it.
Peaking operating every day, with support and with whatever comes out of it, without a separate charge for each improvement.
Once the first thing has moved your number, the next one gets added. Agreed with you before it is turned on, not after.
Two distributors in the same line do not pay the same.
The same product is a different amount of work depending on what is on the other side. You already know where you sit on each of these.
A few thousand items, complete descriptions, one way of naming each thing.
Tens of thousands, manufacturers naming the same thing differently, descriptions half filled in.
Start where almost everyone already writes to you.
Email, phone, text, your website chat and your portal, from day one.
Peaking operates on its own and your system stays exactly as it is.
Connected to your ERP both ways, with your IT group in the middle.
One location, one language, one set of hours.
Several branches, more than one language and requests at any hour.
One thing, the one that is costing you the most today.
Several at once, from the beginning.

Nobody pays for a promise.
The project starts with a measured baseline and gets reviewed against it. If the number did not move, that is what the review says.
What is in every project.
Isolated, your data under your control, and a record of every action.
With your house judgment, not a generic industry rule.
With each customer history in a single place.
You do not pay for a migration in order to begin.
What comes out of the session.
In one document, without having to chase anyone for it.
What starts first and what is left for the extension.
How your operation runs today, measured before Peaking answers its first request.
Which one, how far it is expected to move, and when it gets reviewed.
Implementation, monthly, and terms.
All of that comes out of one session.
Need a range before you sit down?
We give it to you on the first call. You do not have to go through the whole process to be able to budget for it.

Questions about price and terms.
How much does Peaking cost?
It depends on your catalog, your channels, your system, your volume and where you start. It gets defined in the discovery session and delivered in writing, along with the number the project is going to move.
Why is there no pricing table?
Because it would mean inventing an average company. Two distributors in the same line have different catalogs, systems and volumes, and what can be moved is not the same. We would rather give you your number, on your operation.
Is there an implementation cost?
Yes, paid once. It is the work of getting Peaking running on your catalog and your channels, and your team working with it. It is quoted with the scope written down before anything starts.
What happens if it does not move the number?
The baseline is measured before Peaking answers its first request, and the review compares against it. If it did not move, that is what the review says, and the conversation is about why rather than about renewing.
Do you charge per user, per message or per quote?
The subscription is for the operation, not per seat. Your whole team works with it.
You've got this.
Peaking shows up to the session already working with your own catalog, so the price is quoted against your operation and not against an average.
