Clear answers before you decide.
What sales, IT and management ask most often before their first session with Peaking.
What it does, where it runs and how it is bought.
It reads the request as it arrives, finds the answer in your catalog, prices it and writes the order into your ERP.
On its own catalog from day one, and connected to your ERP when your team authorizes it.
Implementation once, subscription monthly, and an extension agreed before it is turned on.
If a question here is not answered plainly, write to us and we will answer it plainly.

It understands what your customer sends.
The most common question is what kind of request Peaking can actually read.
The request comes back with the product already located.
Lists of 100 to 200 line items, priced line by line.
It understands what your customer says, the way they say it.
It works out which part it is, even with no brand visible.
Shop names, abbreviations and half stated dimensions.

Answering fast is easy. Being right is the expensive part.
When there is no certainty it asks, and when the doubt does not clear the case goes to your specialist with everything already gathered.
What we get asked most.
What does Peaking actually do?
It reads a customer request the way it arrives, works out what it needs, finds what qualifies in your catalog, prices it with the rules that apply to that customer and writes the quote and the order into your system.
Do we have to replace our ERP?
No. It works with the system you already run, and if you connect nothing at first it operates on its own catalog. There is no migration project to get started.
What does it do when it is not sure?
It asks. When the question does not resolve it, the case goes to your specialist with what the customer asked, what was ruled out and what is still open. It does not produce a confident guess.
Does it invent prices or availability?
No. If there is no connected source, it says so instead of producing a number. That rule is not a setting.
Which channels does it work on?
Email, phone, text, your website chat and your portal. In markets where WhatsApp carries the volume, that too. Your customers do not change how they ask.
How much does it cost?
It depends on your catalog, your channels, your system, your volume and where you start. It is defined in the discovery session and delivered in writing along with the number the project will move. If you are budgeting, we give you the order of magnitude on the first call.
Where does our data live?
In your own isolated environment, under your control, with a record of every action. It is not pooled with other customers and it is not used to build anything another customer benefits from.
How long before it is answering real customers?
That comes out of discovery, in writing, with the scope and the baseline. It depends on your catalog, your channels and where you start.
Is our team going to be replaced?
No. The work removed is the lookup, the verification and the assembly. The judgment, the relationship and the close stay with your people, and that is where the margin is.
What if it does not move the number?
The baseline is measured before Peaking answers its first request, and the review compares against it. If it did not move, that is what the review says.
You've got this.
Peaking shows up to the session already working with your own catalog, so you see it on your part numbers instead of on an example.
